Our mapping workshops produce the Perigon^® Playbook, which expands the traditional process map into a robust process manual that captures key organizational knowledge. The Perigon^® Playbook is BEM’s proprietary design that contains four sections:

• Scorecard summarizes process characteristics,
• Architecture Map shows the process SIPOC - suppliers, inputs, (high level) process, outputs, and customers,
• Process Map details process tasks, decisions, and inputs and outputs, and
• Knowledge Matrices contain analysis of process characteristics, including information, responsibilities, transactions, value, metrics, Red Clouds, and the Process Improvement Plan.
